    Thermochill/Over-clock.co.uk=Awesome Customer Service

Anyone thinking of buying hardware, especially watercooling gear, and wanting top notch customer service then look no further than these guys. I just cant believe how good they have been and Steve, the director, goes beyond what Id expect to provide great customer service.

Always had good experiences in past with over-clock when, having previously RMAed a motherboard because it was not the revision I had wanted, but this time around it was just so good and the way Steve delat with any problems was flawless.

I had bought a 120.3 PA radiator from thermochill(same company) and it arrived with the usual slight cosmetic damage you might see of some of the fins of a rad(thanks to couriers). They are not supplied with barbs but when I emailed to ask Steve which ones I would need to order he sent me a couple of them completely at his own cost. I popped the rad it in the system. All was fine but after a few days I wanted to really get all airbubbles out(was making the pump noisey) so I tipped the case on its side. After an hour finally got all air out but when i sat the case back up I noticed the carpet was a little wet. The rad had leaked, I had not previously noticed as it was both a slow leak and the drop before must have been falling onto the fan blades and never going any further. Maybe I shouldve leak tested without the fans on but I just knew it would be easier to fit it into the case with fans on as space was tight for getting this behemoth in through the front of the case.

So I emailed Steve and he immediately dispatched a replacement with no questions asked, even before I returned the leaky one. He let me choose which courier to bring it also. He then also refunded the RMSD postage cost for returning the leaking one, worked out by the known weight of the rad, before I even posted it back.

So thats basically it, top marks from a great company and a really helpfull director, Steve.
Big thumbs up and I will certainly be buying from them in future.
