Hi All,

Every one has an ipod and almost myself almost purchased one, but always was put off of the music having to encoded and having to use itunes.... not a big fan of the software at all TBH, have played with it on my bro's PC as he has the 60GB video ipod. But luckily i have been holding myself back to wait for creative to there finger out and bring out bring out a better sized mp3 player like the ipod videos 30 and 60 GB, and at last they are getting there as they have got a new funky "Creative ZEN VISION:M 30GB" and it looks sweet

Where and when???

When does it come on sale in the UK or where is it on sale?
Only place i have seen it is on Amazon for £250.

I think it came out end of December???
But can't find any more info where it is on sale or even if it is out in the UK yet?
So was wondering if there is any one out there who could enlighten me with some more INFO Please!

I can buy em in, but untill the price comes down I'll not bother selling as the 30Gb Vid Ipod is cheaper and just as good

Hi,

I bought one of these off ebay, from Singapore in Decemeber, cost me £240 including postage, I got away without any VAT.

However, my friend bought one as well for a similar price but got hit for VAT/import duties coming to another £40-£50 so beware.

play.com was the first uk site to list them, they had it at £239.99 delivered but sold out after the first day (9/1/06)

As for the unit itself, it is great, the screen is bright and the colours are excellent, I can't compare it to any other devices as this is the first video capable device I have owned.

LOL i looked on Play the other day but looked again through all the results from the search and found it, but just like you said sold out

Shame as play do not even give you any ETA on when they mite be getting them in.
As for eBay im not sure and would probable like to pay a bite more for peace of mind.

I am surprised though as play and Amazon have it for sale but no local shops like PC world, Argos ect have even herd about it, and have any idea when they will start selling it... Gash!

Also i was wondering if it mite pay to wait a bit longer and see if they will bring out a 60GB version later....
