contacting dell?

hi, not sure if this is the right place to do this but does anyone know of any numbers or anything that i can contact dell on that avoids going through the first line customer service team?
i have a pretty major issue to be sorted out and every time i phone i just get told that dell will phone me back... which they haven't done yet

Just tell them you're not willing to let them hang up on you. Alternatively email them, I've had very good support from their email support, usually within about 10 mins
