Cheap digital camera's, any sugesstions?

Hi. Im looking for a cheap digital camera mainly for night out's. Ideally needs to be portable with decent image quality. Not after anything amazing just so long as it can work well in dark settings.

looks pretty good for the price and a 3mp is good enuf for a point of shoot digicam, and its slim and u can get SD cards to expand the memory.
