    Was about to ask the same question myself. I read that Komplett might be able to fufil the pre-orders by the end of the month but it looks like I won't get my processor till first week of August.

    im wondering if they recalled them all? maybe that problem with raid?...maybe it was all a big hoax? something has happened, and its not done intel any favours.

    It hasn't done me any favors either......my Opty 175 and my TwinX Pro LED RAM went in the post to their new owners just now

    Salvaging parts from the spare PC to keep myself going until they filter through - if Intel don't deliver soon, they will have annoyed me for the last time.....I wasn't even going to entertain them again but had a week moment

    im in the same boat mate, the real killer is going to be if the retail ones dont overclock well, or they run really hot...nothing would surprise me!

    komplett are quoting the 21-08-06 for e6600 pre orders now, in the scan forum, they are saying 04-08, and in the overclockers forum the admin are saying "no one forced you to pre order, stop your moaning"

    can anyone from scan find out when conroe's will become available for us standard consumers?

    i want some official word on this not just speculation

    im now considering just getting a skt 939 x2 and a asrock sata sual but would much rather a nice e6600 setup
