    Intel Core 2 Extreme Processor

    Hey guys i was just wondering if anyone knows when the next load of Intel® Core™2 Extreme Processor are being shipped, i just spent alot of money to build a very high spec PC and all i am missing is the CPU.

    If anyone knows i would be greatful to know

    Fro what I can tell everyone is saying there is no point getting the extreme edition, rather save a few hundred quid and go for a lower one and OC it. You will get a faster system overall as the FSB will be higher.

    Or if you want a really good system look for a kentsfield engineering sample.

    Aye but some ppl got the money to spend

    The same ppl that spend £1000s on clothes.

    Hell If I was that rich I#d do the same.

    I am rich, but I dont spend my money niether on £1000 clothes, nor £1000 cpu.

    my best advice is to for E6700, or E6600 with high speed memory and overclock it.

    The X6800 is better then the E series , that’s why I am getting it. Money is no option and I have spent nearly £1200 on the other components so there’s no point in skimping now .
