    CeBIT 2007 : HEXUS CeBIT Sofa - Day 4

James and Nick find an unexpected guest on their sofa - and it's a different sofa, too, as we broadcast live from Corsair's stand at CeBIT 2007. Well, live unless you're watching in 2008.

I eagerly await the Linux back-lash.... but remember, direct it at James, not me this time!

I'm ready. I've created a wall of old Windows boxes round my house as ballast.

I'm loving the Linux bashing, and I say that as somebody with a Linux laptop and a Linux Media Centre (neither of which are dual boot with Windows).

However, for actually getting some work done... Windows XP X64 tbh.

cunning - i don't need to actually take down the defenses, they'll come crashing down by themselves!

Work in the sense that when I've finished working I can fire up the CnC 3 demo without having to reboot or move seats

Also, when Adobe write a decent version of Flash Player for Linux... I'll be happier.

Still, you should be happy that 66% of my computers run Linux.

This would be so much more difficult with Linux. For a start, Linux doesn't so often come in a box. I know what you mean about Linux not crashing, though - it's hard to make an OS crash when you're not running anything particularly stressful or important on it.

so by "important" we're talking about games, right? directing you back to top500 as an example of both stressful and important systems would be tiresome
