I think they just tipex over the character names in the script and update the graphics. The last two were almost identical.
You're a nice completely innocent street racer, crazy cop chases you, you end up with no car, you're saved by some shifty looking rich guy/girl/undercover cop, then a few hours of driving later SHOCKING PLOT TWIST the guy/girl/undercover cop who saved you didn't just do it out of the goodness of his heart, you race, you win, get the car and the girl, head off into the sunset at 200mph with said crazy cop close behind, usually using some kind of crazy stunt to lose him.
BAM! £45 please.
Clicking on the headline banner takes me to something about X360 and hour of victory?
Yeah same here. Takes me to the 'Get a sneak peek of the XBox 360's Hour of Victory' article.
As said I can't really believe that the game will be that much different to the last. I had Most Wanted but it gets very repetitive and boring rather quickly I found. Not something I'll rushing out to buy.
I really personally enjoyed Need For Speed Carbon, bit of an easy game to be honest if you save the money up for the cars in later tiers. I started playing the series quite heavily from Hot Pursuit 2. Its a shame the game could not have branched in two directions, the current one with the modified cars and the other perhaps could be stock cars and turned into something like Test Drive Unlimited with some decent handling?
This game looks awesome..! I'm shocked is actually really accurate from screenies (the 3/4mile and all that )
