Looks good, but a strange choice by corsair to only have one 12v rail. The HX520 has three 12v rails, and these only have one. I thought it was safer and better for psu's to have two or more 12v rails?

they should be announcing proper international support instead of this, then people outside the USA may stop and take a moment to look.

No, the opposite. Better to have one rail that can provide decent Amps than several rails that can't take much individually or in combination. Cheap (and not so cheap) dual+ rail powersupplies are probably the main cause of modern graphics cards not working.
