big sisters (girls who have morphed into monsters and now carry ADAM the genetic material that keeps Rapture turning
They are called little sisters arent they. Their guardians are the big daddies.

From watching the extended gameplay demos, the game seems to be focussed on the players freedom to tackle enemies in whatever way they choose. All guns blazing, hacking bots or using plasmids to exploit any situation you encounter. I have to say i was impressed by the demo.

It is a very impressive game, great graphics (what isn't these days!), and interesting combat but it made me feel very ill. Nothing to do with the game some games just do it to me, can be tiredness and beer effects too.

I am intrigued but not enough to buy I think.
