Medal of Honor: Airborne - PC

Medal of Honor: Airborne is the latest in the series but this time gives the player far more freedom with objectives that can be completed in any order and pretty much free roaming all over the map... but is this any good and what about the length of the game itself? Yes, it's very short...

six hours? That's pretty terrible really. And I guess I am sick of WWII games..

Thanks for the review - i might as well complete bioshock a third time instead then

I think that I'm the only bugger on the planet who had infintely more fun with MOH than BioShock! Definitely too short though.

Im still playing through Bioshock and Airborne. had them both since launch - I dont get much gaming time!

The length sounds pretty disappointing. I know alot of people have lost interset in the MOH series, but I like them for their simplicity. I can just load it up, fire away for 30mins and leave it.

Steven has just completed his review of the Xbox 360 version and has some different thoughts from mine... so maybe it's worth it on the Xbox 360 and not so much on the PC...

I was enjoying MOH untill the guy with the MG-42 and the gas mask didn't die after 2 sniper shots to his head??????

    Then it just got silly.

Re: Medal of Honor: Airborne - PC

After some advise on graphic cards for this game.

    I've currently got a 7800gt liked with a duo 6400 @ 3.2GHz and 2Gb memory.

SP i can run at 1024x768 and get about 40FPS average. But MP I have to drop everything to low and 800x600 just to get the same FPS.

Would i see any advantage using a 8400GS or would i need to go for a 8800GTS 320Mb?

What does everyone think of MP no real comments so far on it.

i just finished it tonight after about 7 hours play, game is good but i agree with Andy3536 those guys are silly takes a 30 shot round to knock em down! other than that ok game.

still COD2 is unbeatable in my view at the moment looking forward to COD4 !
