I am looking forward to all this WUSB and WHDMI stuff which should be floating around - should be good to see and have a play with.
I'm personally sick of cables so anything which can make life easier works for me Esp when long term it means you could have this all embedded to your device rather than using a wireless 'dongle'
I already use wi-fi around the house and it's rather fab. The more wireless stuff the better I say.
heh most of us use wi-fi
I dunno, I know lots of people who don't trust wi-fi yet. Some people sure do love their wires. It's usually games mind you, they need that extra millisecond to ensure that first bullet hits where they aim...
If you have a good environment for it, wireless is great. If you live in a built up area with dozens of access points and other wirless gear in range, it can be a complete and utter nightmare.
I'm still a fan of cable, but wireless has it's place too.
No Wi-Fi yet. It's a bit of a 'my router still works and isn't a performance bottleneck, why change it'. I almost went for a 'gaming (wireless) router' at some point but I don't even game that much these days. Maybe if I can find a wireless router that'll enable me to prioritise HTTP and gaming packets for not a lot of money I could be a little more excited. Right now though, I am more interested in WUSB.
