what does it say? (sorry to be a pain, cant see it at work)
XBOX: BauerPrime
The Fun is Always Free*
Note the *, it seems to suggest the fun, in part, is free, but they reserve the right to charge for extra fun.
Woo!
"taking a dig at Microsoft’s Xbox live service in their latest advertisement for the Playstation 3?
Whispers on the Internet suggest that the slogan, which carries the words: “The Fun’s Always Free” and refers to Sony’s free of charge Playstation Online service, is also a pop at Microsoft’s online service, which currently charges gamers £40 a year for an Xbox live subscription. "

Jackpot!
well, sony eventually have to make up for their losses from the ps3, advertising online play for free will make people join and when they least expect it suddenly its £10pm
Its never a good idea to draw attention to an area where your main rivals are miles ahead.
'The fun is always free' - peeps compare just how fun PSN is compared to Xbox Live - peeps realise the fun might be free, but for a small fee you can get much more fun - peeps buy extra fun.
Hardly a 'Labour isn't working' moment for Sony.
agree stuart.
i'd like to see a microsoft reply advert, like the one where all the games build a console, but the console only being half built due to the lack of games
/hides and watches debate from afar
Seems almost as desperate as Commodore's release of the ill-fated CD32 "console" in the early 90s with the tagline "to be this good would take Sega ages".
Hmmm...
Isnt everyone bored of spitting out the same rubbish?
Obviously Sony are not...
Not around too often!
