nLite's a good program, but I can't say I used more than a few times to test the trimming features of it, more to install service packs quicker than typing out commands and then making an ISO. nLite just did it in a couple of clicks. Haven't used vLite yet. I'll let others test the water on what's safe to remove (not that I'll bother removing anything anyway).
