The main reason its delayed is because of problem with vendor drivers i heard?
Kinda stupid to rush for it enless you've got a damn good reason, otherwise, why not just wait and get the updated installer than wont shag your system as easily.

Its not really pirating it. Its going to be a free update. They are just releasing it a bit earlier. No harm done in my opinion. Still ****e though. No amount of updates are going to fix that.
