    Just blame the management and total lack of quality control in the Modern HP.

    This is how the Hp board of directors think:


    Hmmm, we've just take over dell for the Number one slot in shifting servers, even though we charge on average a 3rd more for the same spec kit.
    Obviously people dont want to pay a premium for better made and tested kit, even though our increases in market share suggest exactily that. We should make cheapo crap anbd charge less for it. The cost cutting will be paid for by not bothering with any sort of quality control and essentially making cheap and nasty kit. Just like Dell.

    TBH the lot of them should be shot.
