I see mass sign ups coming
so now hexus will get millions of new members and nobody on the forums, except millions of questions of 'whats my id?' 'where do i find my id?'.. and so on...
have you allocated the scan team a larger proportion of the hexus server to accomodate all the complaints.. err i mean queries about their stock?
i thought the minimum constructive post count and active member thing was a good idea, cos it stops people just signing up to only use free shipping from scan.....
so IMO all that will happen is heXus gets inundated with new users that don't actually hold an active posting for more than a day.....
The previous rules about minimal spend etc still apply - and any abusers will find us as strict as ever regarding this.
Simple is good, and hopefully this will stop people posting tat to qualify

yeh but its just going to make people think ' oh so if i sign up there i can get free shipping, and i don't have to do anything.... ', if thats going to be the case then scan might as well make shipping on all orders over £20 free cos its just going to end up with heXus's forums being degraded with useless posts like stevie lee said.
also it would be interesting to know whether the same thing is happening with bit-tech's free shipping loyalty scheme.........

There is more people who read HEXUS than post on these forums - we want to grow the community and also work closely with the likes of SCAN to bring value to these new members which the members of old have enjoyed for a long time.
I hope you don't live your life with this doom and gloom approach - I would be nervous living next door to you - chin up chap!
I was hoping Northern Ireland would be involved Ah well
Wow nice!
Ah but it may stop people posting in the first place? Then they don't get hooked on the hexomorphine that has us all addicted. I wonder what proportion of people have joined hexus for the initial shipping then stayed, compared to those who come from other sources and stayed.
It's a funny way of doing things but hey, if you think it'll work.
