as mentioned in the article, the PC World Advent version is already up and available and a fair chunk cheaper at only £50 dearer than the aspire one's revised price. In which case, if the Wind/Advent is upgradeable (e.g. memory upgrades etc) then I'd be inclined to get the Advent since that half the Aspire One's components are soldered to the motherboard. That kinda ruined the Aspire one for me, cos I know the point of these things is that they're small cheap netbooks, but with such a small amount of memory and hard-disk/ssd space, it seems terribly short-sighted to prevent future upgrades.

I see what you mean, I was looking on the eee site to find the perfect model, came to the conclusion I wanted a 901, but couldn't find it anywhere, ebuyer had some though
