thing is thou without pricing its hard to get excited, if its cheaper to get two 128GB you get a MUCH better performance because SSD have been seen to scale almost linearly.
RAID'ing up a couple of the intel 250mb/s chappies would be quite tempting.

I wonder if they suffer from the over 1 second small file write latency that all of the cheapo SSD's suffer from? causing Vista installs to fail and OSX to appear to keep locking up?
