    "Economic Downturn" has now overtaken "Carbon Footprint" as the buzzword that must be used as much as possible in advertising.
    As said in the article, when you spend £240 on a CPU and £200 on a motherboard, you are not going to give a stuff about saving £20 on a CPU cooler.
