One thing having a lot of CFM, it's quite another thing to get that airflow working correctly & efficiently within a fully specced up & functional rig.

Pull-out mobo tray tho, always welcome.

I like it, good case, reasonably thought out.

    @Madduck

Can I have two T-34s instead?

    More reliable I've been told

T-34 was the Russian tank that took on the Panzer in WW2

@ LuckyNV: the PSU sits on its side next to the pci slots, you can just about see how it fits in the last photo.

Re: News - NZXT launches Panzerbox chassis, claims best-in-class airflow

Looks really nice, I love the layout, cooling, the full motherboard tray, aluminium and price looks good (but we'll have to see what the uk price turns out to be)
It's a bit wide, but of course it needs it for the layout.

Right after I get an antec p180 this comes along.

Re: News - NZXT launches Panzerbox chassis, claims best-in-class airflow

This is the first NZXT that made me sit up and notice. I really like it, and I cannot wait for a review, and interesting to see how the cable management works with the location of the PSU. Price wise, it is better value than the Lian Li aluminum cases and with better functionality.

To be honest, I really like a compact chassis with good cooling, I wonder if NZXT would consider a mATX version of this case, perhaps not even have the roof fan, that would definitely shave off ~3 inches off the height of the case. Just a thought because NZXT are promoting the case to be good for transporting and LAN parties.

Re: News - NZXT launches Panzerbox chassis, claims best-in-class airflow

This looks like the first small case that is acually of any use to a gamer with water cooling and good air cooling, bonus.....

Bring it on, at a sensible price.

Re: News - NZXT launches Panzerbox chassis, claims best-in-class airflow

Arrrgh I really wish people would stop this.

Look at it, read the measurement, think.

That's not a "small" case, it's a short (height short not length short) case.
It's also a good chunk wider than most other cases.

Oh and No there wouldn't be an mATX version, not with the same layout, well not if you want to use a large heatsink on you cpu.
Currently the psu is beside the pci card slots, you couldn't fit a standard ATX psu next to them in a mATX case because there's fewer of them.
The only way would be to have the psu overhanging the CPU which means not tall cpu cooler and no rear case fan ether.

If you get rid of the top fans as well that means the only extraction fan is the one in the PSU. That's really going to be a great cooling setup for a gaming rig
