    I'm new so I can't post the URL but go to argos dot co dot uk and /static/Product/partNumber/5736623.htm

    Just tried an order and it was accepted (subject to the usual T&C).

    the whole point of the enthusiasm around E version was that EU customers weren't just getting a cheap upgrade to win7, because MS could not make one in time, rather EU customers were getting the full version at the cheap price whilst the restof the world made do with upgrades at bargain prices.
