The heart rate thing would actually be cool, if it can provide more than just a 'default' heart trace adjusted to become appropriate for the pulse - i.e. if it could show your actual heart trace - but it didn't look hopeful.
So still no hope of my ARM-Linux desktop consuming <5 Watts ?
