    I'm not surprised, at ~30% higher price than most other retailers their customers are paying through the nose.

    Because the only people that go in there dont know about the internet, the need a £399 laptop with 4gb ram for that.

    £3.3 billion revenue?! I had no idea they were still this huge after Dixons wind-up, (well actually I'm not sure I would ever have thought they were this huge)

    I did buy my W7 pre-order from them though. £39,99 same as everywhere else. Their worst crime is surely selling "Entertainment" PC's that have integrated graphics or a HD 4350 on them, and the unsuspecting consumers expect that they will be able to game.
