    Just shows how little they test or their phones before release to be honest. Either that or they noticed the problems and released them anyway. serves them right that they will have a crap xmas to be honest....

    ive owned a few sony ericssons and everyone has been bug riddled.

    my mate has this phone and it crashes everytime you go to play an mp3 haha. useless.

    my mate a work had endless problems with the 850, then he got a htc touch diamond and found it.. less hassle? says it all really

    Any phone someone finds a touch diamand less hassle than is truly a piece of junk.

    Wife recently got the W995 and it had serious software or hardware issue. Just didn't work well.

    Sony are a company with quite serious technical skill issue. Theirs TVs are the only thing going for them at the moment and sales of that market have dropped like a stone too..

    Be nice to Sony brought to its knees by the consumer. They think all their stuff is the best, and frankly its all over priced, glossy tosh wosh.
