Tiger Woods PGA Tour 11 anyone?
Perhaps not......

Fingers crossed for Half Life 2: Episode 3 by the end of the year. Black Mesa Source should be rambling along at some point in 2010 too. So long as those two are good I don't really mind how many of the others are mindless rehashes.
You missed out Army of Two 40th day
I do believe there should also be a Diablo III in there, no?
There are the new F1 games coming out... although 2010 there is only the wii one out atm.
I'm really hoping for a Borderlands 2, for a 1st shot at an FPS/RPG with multiplayer they got VERY close, with the dlc they have gotten closer by encouraging multiplayer in places

In the mean time, Torchlight is rather good!
And I thought 2009 had too many sequels!
The sad fact is that publishers seem too afraid to take a chance on new IPs these days
Yeah and they seem to be getting lazy too, lately most 'sequels' are just the same game with new maps/guns... Most games seem much more boring than they used to be, I remember just a few years ago you used to have fun thinking about how to get past a level on a game now it's just mindless spray+pray for the most part...
Just Cause 2 should be excellent, i really enjoyed the original. The graphics were stunning and should be even better this time round
Again, bad luck there http://kotaku.com/5339301/bethesda-c...ls-v-statement
It took them four years to go from Morrowind to Oblivion so sadly i can see them taking at least another four to make TES V - Oblivion was released in 2006 so in theory 2010, but i think 2011-2012 is more likely. As the games get more complex it takes them longer and longer to make them i imagine. On the upside, Pete Hines has made it very clear that they're going to make another one. They're bogged down with fallout too now, no doubt they're working on Fallout 4 as well as this other "big" game that they're keeping schtum about. (New Vegas isn't being made by them just to clarify).
