Glad to see the move to intel, the AMD TX2 was great but had a fan like an airplane.

I bought a TX2 in August. Made the switch to windows 7 and installed my own SSD.

Heat and Noise can be solved, but with the CULV chips you wont have to, and should get much better battery life.

Although of course there is also competition from 1820PTZ from Acer and other CULV Convertibles

I almost bought a TX2 for Christmas as HP had so many offers on it. But I'm glad I didn't now. Probably get this as soon as I have the funds

I'd be interested in how, as I have a noisy TX2.
Latest BIOS, and using power saving on W7 and still that pesky fan comes on most of the time.
