Here's a photo of a 28nm die on the GlobalFoundries stand at MWC 2010.

Sorry to be a pedant, but that looks like a 28nm wafer to me....

but to me it looks like a 300mm wafer with, possibly, 28nm transistor nodes. Each die will be a couple of mm on the side
