Interesting move by T-Mobile - I wonder if Orange will follow suite.
I believe that T-Mobile is having a real issue with retaining customers at the moment and getting new customers and there market share is dropping a like a stone. No official figures at the moment but there will be soon enough.
Which I find very strange as their Flext offers were unbeatable for years which is why I stuck with them. Although I am due an upgrade come July and it depends how Orange handle the merge/takeover of Tmobile depends if I stay with them or not. If Orange scrap Tmobiles plans and sort of moulds their own to Tmobile customers I will be off like a shot.

I too was thinking of switching to them for their good deals, but hear their coverage is the weakest and 3G connection is pretty slow and poor. O2 Have taken a large share from the Iphone sales and orange from their new prices and 3G speeds
3G works fine for me as Tmobile have one of the biggest coverages of all the mobile companies. This is why Orange bought them from my understanding.
Anyway, their signal is alright, never had any bother with mine over the last year or so. Only time I struggled for signal was when I was out in the stick, middle of the moors and I think I got 1G, not to bad considering there was nothing for miles.

I was a business T-mobile customer. Had a horrible sales experience after it - wanted to add more lines and phones but they weren't willing to budge on the cost of the phone to match a competitor. Idiots.
Anyway, didn't find their signal coverage in Scotland that great - so I moved to another network before my contract was up. When I did cancel the last line, they didn't even offer me any deals to stay. No wonder they are having trouble keeping customers!
