What if I'm having endless connection problems but I bought it on a disc. Does that mean I'm getting boned up the arse? Just like I did when I bought MW2.

Maybe if you get the patches for your disk version it'll also remove secuRom?

It won't remove SecuROM, that will still be hidden on your machine.

What it will do is remove this game from the SecuROM system, however, if it's anything like the new C&C game, an internet connection is still required even for single player games (ala Ubisoft).
