The benchmarks were done under a 32 bit OS:

my you get around dude!
Aye - benches all on 32bit OS
theres also some benchies of these chips @ 3.8 kicking around - yaaay - finally i7 920 beating stuff, well done AMD - hope we get them priced correctly in rip-off britain
Its the price that will make or break these babies.

The AMD chips perform much better in Cinebench under a 64-bit OS.
Anyone got any numbers for an i7 920 or 930 to compare against these benchmarks? I clearly rely on comparative graphs too much these days as I've no idea how the i7 should be scoring on these benches so I can't really make a comparison by myself!
Indeed, would be more important to see a comparison between i7 920/30 and i5 750. We all know it's not going to better the more expensive of Intel's CPUs.
Personally I expect it to fall somewhere between the i7 and i5, both price and performance wise, but it'll be interesting to see how they compare.
where can i get a mounting bracket like the one pictured? i have so much trouble with the retail brackets
Do these CPUs contain DDR2 memory controllers?
I couldn't find a reliable answer for this question, and tbh it sounds too good to be true...
