    Can't knock Pure for sound quality I love my Evoke-2.

    This is an ideal kitchen radio for the masses, should sell well if it's got that Pure sound the market has come to expect.

    Completely agree about Evoke 2 ... and most (but not all) Pure sets.

    The critical word, for me, in your comment is the bit I highlighted in red. If it is, I'll have one, without doubt .... though a socket for my MP3 player, or even an SD card slot, would be nice. But has it that Pure sound? I guess there's only one way to find out.
