I'm not surprised by this at all... AMD has a good value proposition on the desktop, and they have made some good value mobile platforms this years (my Dell M101Z is a good little device) but I recently bought £40k worth of Intel servers because the Xeon 56xx series worked out very much better when I compared available data, in the server room every piece of performance counts, I'm not compromising CPU with graphics as I would on a desktop/laptop.
