    Well I'm not convinced about the CFast cards, I didn't like the sound of them when I read about them recently. However, I do like the sound of these cards being based on PCIe.

    I know hardly anyone uses the interface in this way, but CF cards can be ATAPI as well as IDE, so you can feasibly have any kind of device on that interface. You can't do that with a standard based on SATA, but you easily can with one based on PCIe.
