I'd like it to update itself, but it only updates definitions... Windows update doesn't have it either... Maybe it will be there on patch Tuesday...

I downloaded it and it detected old version and replaced.
MSE is great tbh.

Installed fine on Win2008 64bit also, which is new.

Tired too, told me it wasnt supported.
