I had an atheros wireless card for pc once. Took ages to find drivers, Windows installed ones didn't work. Eventually found some after much web trawling and no problems since. I don't use it any more though, think I sold it

The atheros wireless card in my acer is not bad. Did find under vista the new MS provided drivers caused problems but rolled back to originals and it was fine. Now running laptop with Win7 and card works fine with no driver issues.

Couldn't believe that Hexus wrote they'd never heard of Atheros before. It's not like they haven't been discussed in the forums (http://forums.hexus.net/networking-b...ndows-7-a.html), press releases noted (http://www.hexus.net/content/item.php?item=9184) and reviews of products including Atheros products posted (http://www.hexus.net/content/item.php?item=26958&page=3). There has been lots of discussion and mentions of them here (http://www.google.co.uk/search?q=sit...net+%2Batheros)!
