So Sony but the damage has been done by your poor support/ lack of support.
yep, have to echo that Brewster. I have a S/E Vivaz. Got it sim free online for 185. Software for pc is very poor, unless you want to use their 'itunes' just as bad equivalent. I can synch with the pc ok, but not very exciting for a smart phone. No apps can be found either. And support? What support?
Phone itself is ok, camera a bit of a disapointment as I bought it with that and the SatNav in mind. HD recording seems ok.
The Satnav I thought had a years licence. Ah...only a 30 day trial. Screen is average, good quality but the touch screen reveals the Symbian O/s underneath. Which I was prepared for to be fair.
I would really think long and hard before getting a Sony Erikson again.
Hm....maybe they should release an update for the X10 mini pro....im getting fed up with not being able to hang up after a call....i press the middle button to bring the screen up and have to wait for ages and reopen the damn call to end it!
I was going to get the ps play but screw them. Sony ericssons use to be so reliable
Android borked your phone?

That's weird the (unlocked) MiniPro I got for my teenage daughter seems to work fine.
Got to say that - as far as SonyEricsson - are concerned my reaction to this news was "fine, but no big deal". I'm already running Wolfbreak's respin of Cyanogen6 on my X10 and it's doing all I want (barring a [temporarily] knack'd video camera, no Google Googles, and a small problem with Google Maps). And I'm intending to wait three months or so and then try Cyanogen7 (giving it time to "settle down"). From what I could see, the "official" SE ROM image has less features than Cyanogen, so why the heck would I use it (other than for idle curiosity).
And to echo razer121, even though I'm very satisfied with my X10, I doubt very much whether it's replacement in June next year will be from SonyEricsson. The hassle around updates has been too much and, I'm sorry to say, I don't believe that they're going to "get with the program" and be better at doing them in future.
Plus, with the exception of the Arc, the entire SE new product line look pretty plain or, in the case of the Pro, downright ugly.
