Those results mean nothing to me because there is almost no regulation on how it was gathered(at least from the information conveyed in the article) and could easily be skewed by people doing tests in their basement for all we know... Without the context of how the data was gathered those statistics are pointless.

roundabouts work in MK! compared with the other places in the UK I've lived there is a massive reduction in congestion.
the price you pay for that however is that internet connectivity , be it wired or wireless is 'kin terrible!
