So if one was to build a HTPC, it could look something like this:
Motherboard: This one (Approx £100)
CPU: AMD A6-3650 (Socket FM1) 2.6Ghz Quad-core £89
RAM: 2 x 2GB Corsair DDR3 £21
Case & PSU: Antec ISK 300-150 £67
SSD: 40GB OCZ Vertex 2E £67
Optical: Samsung 'laptop' DVD Writer £18
OS: XBMC Live
Total cost: £262 plus motherboard.
It would certainly make for quite a tasty system if hooked up to a NAS / external USB Storage etc.
Anything I am missing?
I guess the CPU seems overkill for the task though...

Nice spec you have there
I don't see the small extra cost of the MB being much of an issue. Every time I look at ITX the most expensive components are always those lovely LianLi or Silverstone aluminium cases.
That case might be alittle tight when it comes to fitting the cooler on. But that'd be a sweet little box.
Actually, now that i look at your spec, and realise that the case is a 80mm fan, not 60mm, it looks doable.
I wonder if you could get the 60w model, then throw that out for a 150w picoPSU. Just wondering if the 150w would be enuff given that the CPU on its own is 100w.
Mobo + Llano + 2x SSD + 1 DVDRW + fans. Should cover it.
If you ditched the PSU that came with that Antec case and bought a Pico PSU I would much rather get this case

Doesn't come with an expansion slot, and the one that does is a bit pricey at £100 but they look really nice IMO
Main - Intel Core i5 2300 @ 3.5GHz, 8GB DDR3 1333Mhz RAM, Asus P8P67 Pro, Coolermaster iGreen 600w, GTX 480, Antec One Case
That looks like a Mac Mini right there

A friend recently went down the wesena route, i think that very model. And had a nightmare with their Quality Control. Ended up taking 3 delivered to get him a box that wasnt bent, scratch or missing parts.
Yeh they invented the mini-itx format!
But imho its all about the HFX

mmmmmm passive cool.....

This board is much better laid out than the E350 boards, for starters the SATA sockets are on the edge of the board.
Could be ideal for an HTPC but with 3 changes:
SATA sockets at right angles to board
24 ATX socket at right angles to board (never seen this - any one know why)
move 4 pin AUX socket closer to edge of board
Sadly the Llano uses too much power and therefore produces too much heat for a purely passive board maybe next gen?
