Oh they will indeed fall, there will be several of us who can just stand back and watch.
I don't agree with a lot of the figures in the first image though, the app store is saturated with 95% useless content and games that they still use as a heavyweight figure.
I would not count the iPad as a "PC" per-se and if we were to do that we may aswel just include the 360/PS3 in those figures along with Texas Instrument calculators, see how the figures work with them for example.
I don't disagree with the high profits though, overpricing does that
The Daddy in the iPhone 4 ad is holding the iPhone the wrong way round. What happened to maniacal attention to detail???
Let's not forget that Apple has many products on the line still to come and that Jobs himself is remaining involved, probably as Cook's closest advisor. It may be several years before we see any demise of Apple (which is due to the absence of SJ) and if there is a demise in the near future then we might be able to speculate that it would have happened anyway.
