Wouldn't it be great if they decided on a HP style firesale..;D

It's a shame as like the touchpad, it's a nice bit of kit..but there is practically zero market/dev support for it; RIM need to invest a lot more in marketing of the playbook to help sales imo.

On the firesale, I thought exactly the same thing when I saw the headline! You never know it might happen still, since RIM are struggling a bit. At the very least, if they want any kind of interest they need to halve the price and developers might start supporting it in a bigger way.

Is it me or does the tablet fad seem to have faded already? Unless it's an iPad, which is way too limited for me I can't see the point...
