    Its possible its a good time as well though, the fact they have left it for two weeks or what ever means that if they win Apple will have to pay ALOT more in damages which is worth more than royalties i bet.

    Although I tend to side with Samsung rather than Apple in general over most of these suits, I think Samsung's probably onto a loser here.
    As I understand it the Samsung patents in question are parts of the 3G standards and as such Samsung is obligated to license them on Fair, Reasonable and Non-Discriminatory terms.
