So not content with lacking a µSD slot, and charging a laughable £500+ for a 16GB iPhonesque inflexible product, now the volume adjustment code doesn't work? Pretty shoddy work Google and Samsung. A pretty obvious QA oversight.

I guarantee they will admit the issue and have it fixed with an update very soon and not just fob you off with a "theres nothing wrong" heres a free set of headphones.

I have no doubt that they may admit fault (or at least not deny fault) and will fix it, however the fault shouldn't have been there to begin with, one doesn't just miss such an obvious fault.
