I thought Hexus no longer got Alien-ware review samples after a disagreement some years ago
As with always, the premium these computers insist on make them a waste of money that could be better spent elsewhere.
Do Scan offer a next-day repair/pick-up service as well?
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.
Vale Alienware - I hardly knew you.
although i'm a self builder myself so would never touch one of these machines, i could always kind of understand the customer base, people wanting a high powered gaming machine and paying extra for the effort
however since CPUs are now massively overpowered for gaming purposes it is getting into the territory of more money than sense - an i5 2500k is at an amazing price and it'll be at least 5 years (if ever the way GPUs are progressing) before it becomes the bottleneck
Probably because CPU's are easier to market.

Stopped reading there.Dell
That is one messy build.
Quite frankly, the cable routing in that case is absolutely awful; especially from a company such as Alienware. I'd expect most, if not all, wires to be concealed and out of the way to aid with airflow, and therefore longevity through the parts running cooler.
I could build a much better spec'd PC myself for that money, and do a much better job with the cables as well.
I own the alx ver with corsair vengeancethe new 570 lc luquid cooling fronm asteke and gtx 680x2 wish they would have put better on bard sound on
