The writer is right - that massive controller is double plus unsexy and looks terribly expensive. Anyone remember the massive controller that came with the Atari Jaguar console? It was heavily criticised, cost circa 50 GBP to replace and put punters off (but I know it wasn't the sole reason for the Jaguar's commercial failure).
