Thats awesome price!!
Will be getting a B one
It is awesome...much quicker, and has the same amount of RAM as my first ever proper PC which cost me £1500 13 years ago...
headless linux-based web server for £22?
Its worth noting that only the Model B (£22 w/ Ethernet etc) will be available this month.
The initial 10,000 unit run is all model B's.
I'm getting one on principle!
Apparently they've managed to get the national curriculum to be updated to include useful lessons which should allow for things like this (and similar!) to be used, I really hope they have, as alas I heard this from a mate rather than a credible news source.
throw new ArgumentException (String, String, Exception)
I am going to pick a couple of these up.... not sure what for yet though! lol

I'm so tempted to get a B. Like others though, I have no idea what for!
Yup, getting a B model too.
I'm interested. Even if just to support the project. I'm sure they'll be open source firmware by the dozen in weeks - Expect everything from full blown linux to a time server!
I'm thinking media streamer but I'd need to add infra red and a remote. More research needed though - I don't even know if it could handle full HD video.

I'll get at least one of these too at some point - if just for tinkering if nothing else!
Definitely getting one of the B models, not entirely sure what for yet!
Also check out http://www.raspberrypi.org/archives/592 for a list of supported codecs on chip!
