Prices are coming down from the looks alright!
Awesome !
That should push the SSD prices down !
It looks like a great deal, it's just a shame I need a 160GB or 180GB drive when I eventually move to SSD
Doubt the average user would notice the difference in IOP count, the 330 looks a great buy.

For some reason I thought it was just 120GB and 240GB.
If the 520 series is a technically better product, then don't forget that Intel will give you £38 back on the 180GB if you move fast. See https://ssdcashback.com/promo/uk/en. Done some quick figuring and you're talking about less than a tenner difference between a 180GB 330 from Amazon and a 180GB 520 from Scan (free shipping with Hexus, and minus the Intel cashback).
Not too shabby, though all the bumph about setting a new mark for the price of SSD's that's been floating around is a wee bit OTT. If you keep your eyes open you can get a 120GB Mushkin Chronos SSD (550MB read/515MB write/90,000IOPs) for 5p shy of £100, just wish I had the cash to spare (for either one, I guess I'll just have to put up with my current SSD).
kinda wished i waited like two months before i purchased the 520 ssd ooh well still any ssd is better than a hdd lol
