Re: Reviews - ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe

    About £70 too much.
Kalniel: "Nice review Tarinder - would it be possible to get a picture of the case when the components are installed (with the side off obviously)?"
CAT-THE-FIFTH: "The Antec 300 is a case which has an understated and clean appearance which many people like. Not everyone is into e-peen looking computers which look like a cross between the imagination of a hyperactive 10 year old and a Frog."
TKPeters: "Off to AVForum better Deal - £20+Vat for Free Shipping @ Scan"
for all intents it seems to be the same card minus some gays name on it and a shielded cover ? with OEM added to it - GoNz0.

Re: Reviews - ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe

Alot of features there, that most people won't even use. £200 is just too steep considering a £120 board ticks pretty much all the same boxes.

I'd consider it truly *deluxe* if Thunderbolt wasn't a bolt-on.

Deluxe indeed. Still think it's a bit too much though.

Re: Reviews - ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe

Seconded to nearly everyone here. This board is really expensive seeming as the really high end board clock in at £40 more and the other contenders sit at least £40 quid below. Bit of an anomaly and as the review said, you really have to looooooooooooooooooooove ASUS for this.

Re: Reviews - ASUS P8Z77-V Deluxe

This board was on my shortlist but ended up getting a Intel DZ77GA-70K instead which is actually more expensive with less features or more if you count firewire.
