Seems a bit soon, wasn't the original launched just the start of this year? Still, amazing specs but as always it needs the software to match. Jelly bean or release please!
It will have JB on release, according to the article
Samsunge announced the original note at IFA last year, so this makes sense.
I look forward to the Note III next year
I love my note 1. This doesn't look enough of an upgrade for me but I bet the note 3 will be if they continue down this path.
Samsung makes some pretty desirable mobile phones! If you are arty in any way, the pen has so much more control. It would be neat if you could use the phone as a window onto your desktop photoshop though! Like a mini Wacom tablet.
Oooh do want, wonder if I'll be able to squeeze out the cash for it... thinking I might replace my HTC Sensation and Archos G9 with this, best of all worlds.
Phew, I was getting anxious as I had received my Note 1 three weeks before the Note 2 was announced, if the rumours of a 2GHz A15 dual core and 1680x1050 display had turned out to be true I'd have made a very poor choice. As is the Note 2 has a lower screen resolution and specs that'll make it weather the Android release cycle a bit better but not really improve day to day stuff. Here's hoping the Note 3 is something special.
When I bought my note in march I thought it had just come out, I think they released it on the qt, hoping not to attract the lawyers attention. It is my first android phone & I love it, might upgrade next year to the third generation.
Hopefully this will mean the note1 is sold off cheaply, they'll be the bargain.
I still would like to stick 2 SAMSUNG GALAXY S3
I would if they will manage to improve the battery at all on this one.
My battery lasts a full day of quite heavy usage, when I first updated to ics my battery life was worse than it was before, I had a search & found a few tips regarding this issue, charging the battery fully & then taking it out & back in again seemed to do the trick for me. Another tip I can remember was to do a soft reset
