Is it just me or does this board just look cheap. I don't think they will be swaying many Asus/ gigabyte buyers to switch to their brand with those looks.
Doesn't look particularly cheap to me, and it's certainly feature-packed. What in particular do you think looks cheap about it?
Definitely cheap looking, it is all those different colours, no consistent theme to it. I will wait for the micro-atx and mini-itx boards although as looking for a separate GPU, Trinity is not really the first option
It looks the same as any top end motherboard, which are two tone <black & blue> in general, Only thing odd are the pink connectors. The specs tell tell us its a high end and i will consider gigabyte and sapphire when and if I choose a motherboard, I won`t be buying Asus or msi this round.
I understand that its feature packed (id love to have 7 sata 6gb ports) but as mentioned the sata conections look pink, and to me the chip set & pwm cooler looks cheap. Also can't get my head around why they have used 4 side facing sata ports and 3 forward sata facing ports.
would be nice to see a review of FM2 motherboards
I am waiting for a day when APU with inbuilt dual GPU becomes a reality before I upgrade my AMD + AMD GPU systems.
Again they place the cpu skt too near the ram slots and the 8pin aux 12v input is way over the other side from the 24pin atx connector (this is something i mentioned in my review of prior amd apu mATX mobo from asus)
